As part of any teaching role, the main expectation of the individual delivering the sessions is that it is done concisely and in a manner that is accessible to both students which easily grasp concepts and students which find things a little more difficult. Naturally, this is a learning experience from which one doesn’t graduate: to teach is, likewise, to constantly learn.

Personally, I set very high standards of myself and can envisage nothing worse than letting students down. I constantly strive toward and teach from a standpoint of interaction: at a university level, ¬†students shouldn’t be spoon-fed. It’s the effective balancing act of discovery and achieving goals as an individual that retain interest, improve educational outcome and achieve positive feedback.
